Fees are collected on the 1st of each month. Acceptable payment methods include cash, Paylah, or Paynow. Please take a screenshot of your payment confirmation and send it to us once completed.

Only 1 cancellation per month is allowed without forfeiture of fees, applicable only in the event of adverse weather or medical circumstances. Any make-up class will be scheduled for the next available slot, in consultation with both parents and coaches.

The participants who participate in the swimming lesson do so at their own risk. We will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of an injury, damage or loss of life while attending the class and this includes all cost, and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.

We agree at all times to indemnify and hold harmless AquaFit Pte Ltd, its management and staff against all losses, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, orders, penalties and cost (including legal cost on a full indemnity basis) howsoever arising in connection with these terms and conditions.

Cancellations must be communicated at least one hour before the session begins. Failure to do so will result in the full fee being charged as the coach would have already been en route to the session.

Classes will proceed in light drizzle, provided there is no lightning or official notice from the National Environment Agency (NEA).

Please be advised that our rates do not include any security deposits or fees that may be imposed by your property’s management office. Such additional charges shall be the responsibility of the residents or students.

A one-month notice period is required for termination of services.
